heykup Trips

Less organising.
More going together.

Give your next group trip a shared home. Bring people into the plan, decide who’s going, keep track of what to bring, and organise shared expenses without losing the details.

Trips is currently available to eligible members as part of a limited rollout. Sign in to see whether Trips is enabled for your account.

A simpler way to plan

Keep everyone in the picture.

01

Get the group together

Create a trip, invite people, and collect Going, Maybe, or Not going responses around your plans.

02

Pack with a shared plan

Keep a shared packing list, agree who brings what, and use your own private checklist for personal items.

03

Keep shared costs clear

Record expenses, review each person’s share, and keep track of balances and confirmed settlements.

Before you begin

A few things to know.

Can everyone use Trips?

Trips is being introduced through a limited rollout. Access depends on account eligibility and active team membership.

Does Heykup book travel?

No. Your group arranges travel, accommodation, activities, and insurance directly. Heykup helps organise the plan.

Does recording a payment transfer money?

No. Expenses and payment records help your group keep track. Money moves outside Heykup; a settlement is recorded as confirmed when its recipient confirms it.
