Is a seat request confirmed immediately?
No. The driver needs to accept your request. Check the ride status and details before travelling.
Does Heykup provide the transport?
Rides are arranged and provided by members. Heykup does not verify drivers or vehicles, provide transport, or process ride payments. Read the Rides terms before participating.
